First, you need to make sure that the missing products are not coming from another affiliate, in which case it means that they have been shipped separately. If the missing products should have come together from one affiliate, get in touch with the shipping company that made the first delivery to ask if they have another package for you. Occasionally, the driver leaves a package on the platform or, since they don't have enough space on the van, come back again the next day with the other part of the order. It could also be that the product broke during transport, in which case the company will not deliver a broken product.
